Every Saturday and Sunday there is an art market where painters come to sell what they have created. Most of it is quite classical, not much of it is too adventurous there are lots of landscapes and still-lives. There are also lots of Armenian subjects, like paintings of old Armenian churches, village life or Mount Ararat.

 

There are four pictures of the same man on the right, I think he might be a celebrity. They are framing a woman with a suggestive pose. My favorite though is the man on the bottom left.

 

Men in Armenia never have any mustaches, so this must be a painting from an old photo. I like him though. Maybe I should buy the painting.
