At one time I was younger than I am now. In honor of both this era of my life and to mark my quarter century mark on this planet I have posted embarrassing recordings of myself when I was younger. First, me calling into my favorite radio station - Live 105 - in early High School with my mate Tom. I was trying to sound really cool.

Finally one of my very first recordings. Now you may gauge how I have grown or regressed as a musician! That is dear Fred on drums. As you might be able to tell we really liked Smashing Pumpkins at the time. Enjoy!

The song journal is intended to be a showcase of songs and sounds from the community with new sounds posted weekly, on Mondays. If you have a piece of music you have recorded, a radio show that you've done, a weird song that your cat sings, a story you want to read, or any tidbit of sound that you have found particularly of note, mail us! And with the beauty of the internet, you don't have to be located in the our home base of San Francisco. So even if you are far away, or have not spoken to us in a while, or do not even know who we are, you can still be part of the community.
